Terms of use

LheureuxCoin lets you draw a home in 2D and 3D, work out the quantities of materials and estimate the budget of renovation works. Building professionals can also prepare their quotes. The website is published by Victor Lheureux (see the legal notice).

• The free plan is open to everyone, with no time limit.
• The Plus and Pro plans are not on sale yet: for now, they are obtained with an invitation code, for the duration it states. A code is personal and may not be resold.
• The content of each plan is described on the pricing page. Anything marked “soon” there is not available yet.

• The information in your account must be accurate. You can correct it at any time in “My account”.
• Your password is personal. If you think someone else knows it, change it and close your other sessions.
• You can delete your account whenever you want, from “My account”.

The estimates, quantities and prices on the website are indicative. They depend on what you have drawn and on the catalogue prices, read or estimated at a given date. They help you prepare a project, but replace neither the assessment nor the quote of a qualified professional, nor, for electrics, the inspection by an approved body such as Consuel in France. The works remain the responsibility of those who decide on them and of those who carry them out.

A professional who draws up a quote with the website remains solely responsible for it towards their client: they review and approve every price before sending it. How our prices work (in French).

The plans, photos, projects and documents you create or upload remain yours. You only allow the website to keep and display them in order to provide the service to you. You must have the right to upload what you upload: a plan or a photo that doesn't belong to you, for example, requires its author's consent.

• Trying to access other people's accounts or projects, or the website's internal workings.
• Scraping the website or its price catalogue in bulk, with a program.
• Uploading illegal content, or using the website to harm someone.

In case of a breach, the account concerned may be suspended.

The website is provided as is. Everything is done for it to run without interruption and for your data to be backed up every day, but an outage or maintenance remains possible. Keep a copy of what matters to you.
